Dzukija Ltd

We are one of the biggest confectionary manufacturers in Lithuania since1984. There are about 150 employes; work field covers 5000 sq. m. The machines and equipment installed in the production department are manufactured by leading Japanese, Italian and German companies. The capacity is 30 tons per day of different kinds of biscuits, cakes, pies and other bakeries.

To satisfy the Lithuanian gourmands taste and assure them an ability to enjoy not only the traditional bakery we invite the best specialists not only from our country but from foreign countries as well to implement new recipes.
For the backings we use only the highest quality natural materials. There are no synthetic material substitutes.

The main activity and products:
· Shortbread dough biscuit and pies of different shapes with and without filling.
· Puff pastry biscuits.
· The national cakes “Sakotis“produced by Dzukija, are not only the most delicious, but also the highest. One of them is registered in Lithuanian record’s book.
· Cake manufacturing. For the prime table decoration is given a special attention. We seek that the owners of the most educated taste would be pleasantly surprised. We accept and special orders for cakes of your dream as well.
· There are backed round plates of wafer in wafers department and then cakes are made from them.
· Pies and biscuits.
· Yeast dough products - rolls, loafs and pies.
· We have chocolate manufacturing department in which real black chocolate is made and all kinds of confectionery icing. And step by step from this production develops new products: loafs, figure candies, dried fruits in chocolate and etc.

We do have the chain of confectionery shops and cafes.

From January of year 2005 the company production was approved by ISO 9001:2000 standard. There is implanted RVASVT (HACCP) system.

Our products were very successful in international fairs: in Dubai, Paris, Strasbourg, Birmingham and etc.
